Sugar. It’s hiding everywhere in our modern diet.
And too much of it is making you less of a man.

Medical professionals recommend no more than 38g of added sugar per day.
For reference, that’s about 9 teaspoons. Or a single can of Coke.

Obscene sugar levels have been so normalized that a day’s worth is now held in one can.
Getting yourself back to a normal amount may be an uphill battle, but it’s worth it.

Swap out soda for sparkling water.
Natural, sugar free sweeteners like stevia and monk fruit taste so good you can barely taste a difference.
If you still get those sugar cravings (and you will), opt for some natural options instead.
Grapes, yogurt, and even dark chocolate (the darker, the better).
You don’t need to load yourself with junk to enjoy life.
Self-control is a mark of manhood for a reason.
And exercising your discipline muscle by choosing healthier, low sugar options will only make you feel more viral and powerful.
