L-Carnitine: The “Miracle Amino”

If you’ve never heard of L-carnitine I won’t be surprised – most people haven’t – but it’s one of the most well-kept health secrets you need to know about. The researchers tested a daily amino acid cocktail containing 2g of Acetyl L-Carnitine and 2g of Propionyl L- Carnitine verses straight testosterone injections.

Forms of L-Carnitine
